I'm sure i'm not the only one who saw it, but you can get ESPN Magazine which comes with a code that can be used to gain Insider access for $3.99 per year, no renewals.

When applying code "ESPN"
Here are directions of how to get Inside access when you receive your first mag:

I never get Insider but for $4, I'm not passing it up. Although apparently they say please allow 10-14 weeks for delivery.. Which is ridiculous :-/

I'm pretty sure that you need to wait for the magazine, but can access the Insider immediately.

tbh, dont really like espn.
and their insider for football is straight up garbage rumor mill crap. They will tease something like "could [insert top free agent name here] be headed to [insert random team here, most likely your team]? Maybe..."
you get into insider and the "inside info" tells you that top free agent is, surprise, a free agent and the team is in need of that position.
ugh, not a fan
