Draft Lotto on 5/17
Well seeping through the shadows of these eventful playoffs is the daunting task of assigning the lotto teams in the top 14.
So who you have for the top 3? freaking Netted ruin us all by predicting Washington to win it and BAM! Like Emeril Jr over there! lol.
My uneducated yet deeply thorough guess for the top 3 are:
3. Utah
2. Cleveland
1. Charlotte

Even though we have Deron, I will be sad if Utah gets the #1 or 2.
I love Kyrie and like Derrick Williams a lot and hate the Jazz, so would hate to see either wind up there.

yeah, i def. enjoy Derrick Williams as my top prospect this year... I figure the Jazz will get lucky... but like you said, we have Deron.
What would've been killing me though is if Barnes had stayed in the draft.

I think it'll be
1. Minnesota
2. Sacramento
3. Toronto
Just a feeling. I'm rooting against Cleveland, Toronto, LA, and Minny (unless they fire Rambis) for those top picks.
I want Derrick Williams in Sacramento. I think he's the real deal, and he'll definitely help turn that team around - something I've wanted to see for a couple seasons.

I just wanna see Paul Millsap play with another good PG and not be stuck with Devin Harris.

Ha no one even cares. This snuck up on me. What a terrible draft
"First I got to get big like Dwight Howard, Im gonna do that"
"We also have Anthony Morrow he’s one of the best for three-point throws. It’s very important for our team. "

The draft consists of more then 2-3 players.
And with there being no prize on the level of Wall, Blake, Dwight, LeBron, Durant etc. it has had zero buzz so far.
John Wall would have been taken #1 by most teams and if they already had a PG they would find a way to play them together. Wall has a great frame.
The top pick could be up for bids if certain teams win

Interesting factoid. Bottom of the index page.
I doubt we'll crack 1/4 of that.

I would straight take Kyrie Irving over Wall.
Wall shouldn't be grouped in with those other guys you have listed.
And the top pick was up for bids in 2008 between Rose and Beasley if certain teams won.
Here's how this draft basically breaks down:
2 franchise level prospects
3 or 4 very interesting Euro's, 2 of which are probably going to go 3 to 8 picks higher then they would in a lot of other drafts.
A lot of parity in the lotto picks after maybe pick 4 or 5, so from maybe pick 4 to the mid teens.
A lot of solid, starter level talent into the very low 20's.
Big time fall off after that.
Some stragglers that inexplicably fall to the early 2nd.
It's similar to most drafts in all reality, definitely weaker then a lot of recent ones, but we've been spoiled by some really good drafts.
I mean look at 07.
2 franchise prospects, a bunch of similar level solid prospects and then a lot of air.
This draft is probably deeper on role player talent than that draft.

It would've been great for Clev after losing LBJ.... both Irving and Williams? would've been sweet. Now who do they select?

I still dunno why people are so high on Kyrie. He played half a season for Duke and he didn't even look so tremendous, IMO.
